APRIL 2026.
33cl can (free gift from the brewery after purchasing other beers, listed price €5).
Defined by the brewery as a "modern IPA," this particular version is characterized by the use of Hyperboost Mosaic and Sabro hops.
Exotic aromas. Very light-bodied, almost Session-like.
Dark straw color, not overly cloudy.
Subtle carbonation.
Main flavor: lemon, followed by notes of white peach and lychee that fade into sweeter, more exotic notes of melon and passion fruit.
Long finish, with a minimal bitterness that lingers, leaving pleasant notes of white peach and tropical fruit on the palate.
Not unforgettable, but good: it flows well, is flavorful, and you can taste the freshness of the product.
I would have preferred more carbonation to make it more lively.
