Sofia, 3/10 2025. 50 cl bottle at Holy Smoke BBQ, Vasil Levski Boulevard, Sofia. Off-white label with a vertical red stripe with the name of the beer.
Pours clear yellow a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sour grains. Sweet pale malts, a bit metallic and sourish notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling, lively texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry and a bit watery.
Not exactly exciting nor offensive
