Had a 0.33l bottle of this at De Drie Dorstige Herten in Utrecht on 19SEP19. Cost was €6.20....
It was jet black, supremely opaque, with a creamy 1/4" tan head. Had light lacing here and there. Aroma had lots of malt, with caramel and smoky notes coming forth. Body was medium, with an overall smooth feel.
Flavor also had lots of caramel, with a good dose of molasses as well. There was some peaty, smoky action in the dry finish, which also displayed some subtle floral hopping. Quite tasty! Prosit!
