Can was a bit damaged, but poured a monster white head with good retention. Slight chill haze in a pale golden beer.

Nice clean aroma with a hint of noble hops. Smells like a pils.

A hint of fruity esters with the initial malt, but that was fleeting. A nice earthy/spicy hop flavor from early in the sip, and a healthy bitterness on the backend. Minimal maltiness, so think it is proper to consider this a German Pils.

Fairly light body, and medium-high carbonation. Mouthfeel seems right for the style.

An unexpectedly nice Pilsner from Montreal. Thanks, MB, for bringing it back to me.

Appearance - Deep gold, crystal clear, brite white head fades fast

Aroma - Nice medium hop aroma. Melon, pear, mint, herb, lychee, white tea, lime. Spicy. Mellow sweet pilsner malt with hint of vanilla light doughy, tangy note.

Flavor - Lightly sweet, a little husky, light hey note, pear note , nondescript but pleasant medium spicy hop character. Clean crisp finish. Super clean, except maybe a little acetylaldehyde.

MF- medium-light body, medium-high carbonation, a little alcohol burn in the finish,

Overall- super crushable and interesting spin on pilsner. Really cool can too.

Pink/peach color with good head and some lacing. Aromas are very subtle, with some notes of notes of yeast and very delicate hops. Taste is very clean, very crisp, with some malt notes and a distinct pilsner bitterness at the end. The hops are herbal and quite present. Good carbonatation, little to medium body, very dry finish. Very drinkable but a bit too subtle for my taste.
