Jasmin and Kaffir lime leaves flirt with and, ultimately, unite with the charming aromas of coriander and fruit in this take on the Belgfian witbier, working towards a refreshing paroxysm of belgo-asian exoticism. Need we say more? Doux bisous.

It pours a fairly hazy pale straw with a fizzy finger of off-white head that quickly evaporates to a sliver of a ring, no lacing. The aroma is doughy and slightly floral with a faint suggestion of grassiness.
The flavor follows with more of the same; flabby, yeasty, there is a hint of kind of tea like earthiness that I feel like might be the kaffir/jasmine, but I honestly have no idea. It has a chalky feel and mild carbonation and a flabby finish.
This is an all right wit, but definitely not anything special. It is neither impressive to look at nor drink, but it is not wholly undrinkable, either. There is definitely a slight twist on the flavor, but it is very faint and is kind of muddled in with the normal wit character and the fact that this one tasted particularly yeasty to me. Meh.

Gold with a very small head. No lace.
Sweet candy like aroma.
The taste is semisweet with the lightest of tart flavors. High carbonation with a lower body. Short innocent aftertaste of mostly pale malt sugars.
