Clear golden color with a haze of yeast and low activity. Foamy and light creamy beige 3 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with decent legs and swirl reaction. Hazy and more yeast poured. Flavors of lemon, wild berries, vanilla, wood, sweet barley, coriander, honey, and floral hops. Very strong alcoholic smell! Slick and oily medium body with crispy carbonation, gets more tender as it warms up. Very strong strength finish, vinous and acidic, a bit cheesy but quite woody. Slightly sour and highly fruity, grainy and bready. Also heavily spicy, rich and bold but really well balanced. Highly warming, good appetizer but easily drinkable, the freshness is decent after all. Not too much tongue coating, ends clean. Maturation and attenuation is pretty high, as is the complexity. Overall excellent quality craft.
