Medium: Capped, Teku glass.
Opacity: Slightly hazy and cloudy.
Color: Golden orange.
Head: Soft foamy light beige 2 finger, also soapy.
Legs: Mediocre but decent swirl reaction.
Smell: Wine barrel/Light cheese/Wild yeast.
Taste: Wheat/Green grapes/Jollyranchers/Floral.
Feel: Cereal/Funky/Brett/Lactose.
Body: Medium to full slick and a bit oily.
Carbonation: Prickly and crispy.
Overall: Assemblage of Une Saison en Enfer and a 10 months old barrel aged Wild ale. Excellent quality, and this is from someone who doesn't specially like sours.
