Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet caramelized malt with some dry fruits notes and light oak presence is really enticing. Taste is a good mix of candi sugar with some caramelized malt and dry fruits notes with some oak cutting off some of the residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super quad and right amount of oak aging to balance residual sugar notes.
