Black with two finger mocha head. Smell is fairly bourbon forward, some vanilla, pal, some chocolate and roasted malts, some dark fruits. Taste is heavy with the bourbon but not over bearing, some vanilla, a slight dark fruit sweetness, some chocolate, roasted malts, touch of caramel. Silky smooth. Very barrel heavy, but still a very drinkable and enjoyable barrel aged stout!
