Pours maybe 1 finger of head. Dies rather quick. A little bit of lacing but not too much. Standard light gold color. Minimal on any aroma. A little sweet on taste. Not bitter, hoppy or flavorful but this is a light beer. A light grain taste to it, which I like.

Black Bellows sells a pretty good El 9 Wye regular lager, which is better than the light lager here and I don't see a reason to take this light beer over their El 9 Wye which is at 4.8% ABV. El 9 wye if bolder and fuller in tasting in every way compared to Light Lager, but this is still a decent beer at a cheaper price point.
