A: Pours a clear pale gold color. A small white head forms with little retention, and some spotty lace.
S: Citrus fruits up front. Orange rind with a light peppery spice. Along with pale malts. Simple and good, if not exceptional.
T: Follows the nose with citrus fruits, and the orange rind is more apparent with some peppery spice. A bit sulfur like as well. Pale malts again. Simple and good.
M/O: A light body that is effervescent, clean and refreshing. An easy summer drinker for sure. Very simple, but something I can come back to again and again.
Not the best Wit I have had, but still very enjoyable. If a bit simplistic, though that typically works for the style. As it does here. Good, and well done. If not my particular favorite of the style.
