On-tap at Rebel Kettle Brewing, Little Rock, AR
A: The beer is very hazy dark reddish amber in color and is dark brown when viewed from afar. It poured with a thin collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Sweet aromas of rum from the barrel aging are present in the nose along with hints of pumpkins.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little sweet with flavors of rum and hints of pumpkins.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer as a little too much of the rum and not enough of the pumpkin but could be a nice beer if you are someone that likes rum barrel-aged beer. It hides its alcohol very well.
