At the source served on Nitro.
Thick black with a foamy tan head that persists. Some roasty chocolate and coffee on the nose and faint fruit. Flavor follows the aroma but adds a bit of earth and light lactic tartness. The body doesn't hold up to the tannic elements from the barrel treatment. Decent drinker but needs some work and it feels like some age is going to sour this one. Oh and why the nitro treatment?
