This beer is really something. The vanilla is overwhelming. This is the strongest vanilla flavor and aroma I have ever encountered. The smell of this beer is like sniffing a vanilla candle. The taste is intense vanilla with a mild cinnamon finish. The body is medium with a pleasant prickly carbonation. This beer is delightful. A vanilla lovers dream come true.

On tap at the source in a tulip.
Dark brown bordering on black with a tan head that quickly dissipates. Huge sugar cinnamon aroma and flavor on top of a chocolatey roasty sweet stout. Pretty tasty beer but I couldn't drink a lot of it.

Many thanks to SawDog505 for this can!
A - Dark brown colored pour with thin tan lacing.
S - Chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla aroma with cookie dough. The nose is flavorful and intense.
T - Light ginger, vanilla, chocolate with a little bit of cream, and light chocolate cream bitterness on the finish.
M - Rich and full bodied with a silky texture.
O - The aroma is definitely the hi-lite with this beer. Pretty enjoyable!

Smells better than it tastes, not that it’s a bad taste. However, immediately after opening the can it smells exactly like freshly baked snickerdoodle cookies. Loads of cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Flavor is a little bit of a let down compared to the nose. The cinnamon and vanilla are there, but it’s a bit faint and getting a little bit of burnt coffee. It’s also kind of thin for 10%. Expected it to be more viscous. Still, a solid stout.

Poured into a 13 oz Alchemist Teku Glass, not sure when it was canned. Pours a very dark brown, with a 2 finger light brown head that leaves scattered wisps of lace.
Smell is vanilla sugar cookie, hazelnut, cocoa nib, and coffee.
Taste follows vanilla and hazelnut start the party with chocolate, cocoa nut, and coffee finishing.
Mouthfeel is about medium, gentle life, maybe a tad dry, and st 10% ABV it goes down very easy.
Overall this is another excellent beer from Pipe Works. The 2 Stouts have been standouts, but have yet to be impresses with NEIPAs.
