A: Pours a light brown/ruby read color. A small beige head forms that recedes quickly. Light lace left behind.
S: Sweet and toasted malts up front. Some baked bread aromas, a touch of alcohol, a touch of butter.
T: Sweet caramel and toasted malts, that are a bit bready. Buttery diacetyl, but not over done.
M/O: A medium to full body with good carbonation. Very smooth as well. Enjoyable to drink, with a touch of alcohol coming though. Even though it is not that "strong" for a modern day strong ale. Which just makes it easier to come back to.

Again, more buttery diacetyl. Though covered up just enough be the other simple malt flavors so not that big of a deal. A simple malt forward, slightly generic strong ale.
