Draft at Flyway. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of cloves, grains, dried fruits and caramel. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and nice spices.

A: Pours a pale yellow color. A one finger white head forms, but recedes quickly. Light lace left behind. This is a Belgian Tripel. there needs to be big foam and lacing.
S: The nose is a mix of white grape, and plastic phenols. Some nondescript malt character in the finish.
T: The grape character is almost gone here. What is left is plastic phenols, and sweetness. Maybe a touch of lingering grassy bitterness.
M/O: A medium to full body. Moderate carbonation that becomes smooth as this breaths. Wish it was less sweet though. Certainly not hard to drink one at the brewery.
An OK example of a Belgian Tripel. Like a lot of Americanized examples, a plastic phenolic like character takes over. There was just a whiff of grapes and maybe esters, but that vanished quickly. If that played a bigger part, this would have a better score from me. Just OK as is.

Pours a hazed and effervescent amber with a pinky of ivory colored head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: Apple juice, slight breadyness, some foral hops once warm
T: Follows the nose, plus dryness, a little white grape & grassyness up front., a little booze presence as well. Pears, white grape, a touch of juicy-fruit as this warms, much dryness as well. Finishes a little dry with a touch of grassy & citurssy hops, plus pears & white grape, plus a little juicy-fruit & faint booze notes
MF: Medium body, firm carbonation
Pretty solid take on the style, wish it had more hop presence though. A sipper, but enjoyable
