A: Pours a clear pale yellow color. Actually really pale, close to no color. A two finger white head forms and recedes to a ring with light lace.
S: A neutral nose. Some cereal grains, maybe some light hops...but hard to give any kind of real aromas
T: Cereal grains for sure, and just sweetness. Maybe a faint hint of grassy hops if I really try to think it is there. A bit of cooked corn, maybe DMS? Blah.
M/O: A light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. This is just kind of there and wet. Not looking forward to coming back to this.
There is just the bare minimum to make this, well anything. Closer to a macro lager than anything I have had in a while from a so called "craft brewer." Its fine in a generic kind of way, but really, a brewery should be able to do better.
