A good copy of a Belgian blonde. Perhaps a bit sweet, it does have a traditional flavor. Poured from the tap at the new BB tap room in Windsor, which is worth a visit to.

Purchased and opened today, 22oz bottle into a snifter. No bottling date seen.
Poured gently and got a 2" pillowy white foam that slowly drains with nice lacing.
Smell is of Brett-funk yeast, bread, and some floral notes.
Taste follows the aroma, really well balanced. Feel is crisp, very pleasant. I will look for this one again, it's really good.
