Pours murky, cedar in color with three quarter inch head. Taste is big sour mix, vinegar, cedar, and black cherry. Super tart, high carbonation, light body. This is a beer I would expect to get in a high end Belgian bar, a beer for Ebenezer's in Maine. Mouth puckering tart. This is not like the fruited sours by Brew Dog but a knock you off the bar stool while you sip. If you love sours, this is phenomenal. Amazing this has no alcohol.
