Copenhagen 22/1 2022. 33 cl tall slim can from Systembolaget Emporia, Hyllie. Green can with a lot of letters spelling the name of the beer. The version I am drinking have a ABV of 6,5.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Not much lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mellow sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with more prominent citric scents. Peach and black currants. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine and decently bitter Indian Pale Ale.

On tap at the source.
Pours a fairly clear amber with soft head.
Smell is fruity and citrusy with notes of strawberry jam, peach and a floral hint.
Taste is fruity with a pretty powerful bitterness. Notes of grapefruit, pine and hints of peach and strawberry jam.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very good west coast IPA, quite old school.
