Pours a hazy yellow with fine, wispy head.
Smell is bready with some sweet biscuity hints as well as some floral accents. Notes of citrus, wheat dough and crackers.
Taste is rich and bready with a hint of sweetness. Notes of wheat dough, citrus and rye with some floral and fruity hints. Solid bitterness with very well hidden alcohol.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Bock, where the booze just adds a warming sensation, but no taste.
