Pours an almost clear pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is crisp and crackery with notes of citrus, wheat dough and a bit of yeast.
Taste is clean, crisp and bready with a solid bitterness. Notes of citrus, grass, knäckebröd, rye and some yeast.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice kellerbier, easy to drink but with plenty of flavor.
