Copenhagen 17/9 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. As "Hyllie Pils". A very flowery can with drawings of all kinds of plants on a black background.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow and a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of citrus and a mineral vibe. Sweet pale malts, lemon and grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, creamy, almost fat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Decent and appropriately bitter Pilsener.
