Tart and salty Gose with gooseberries and nettles(!). Light and fruity with multiple layers throughout the experience.

Copenhagen 26/9 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Watercolor of wet nature and a yellow sky on the can.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet, fruity odor soon overpowered by a tart, sour scent of gooseberries and citrus. Light whiff of sour cheese.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a tad thin and watery. Very light touch of salt. Lingers shortly. Dry finish
Quite acerbic but enjoyable Gose with a ligt touch of funk.

Taset is crisp and tart, almost sour. Notes of lime, gooseberries, youghurt and grass with some floral hints and touches of citrus peel bitterness and salt.
Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a refreshing and crisp gose.
