Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is crisp, crackery and a bit fruity. Nice hoppiness with notes of citrus, toast and lemonade.
Taste is crisp and crackery, clean with a solid bitterness. Quite hoppy with notes of citrus, melon, toast and citrus zest. Rich and flavorful but very drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific fresh hop pilsner, very nice marriage of tradition and modern.
