Pours a hazy orange with massive soapy head.
Smell is fruity and yeasty with some sweetness. Notes of orange, apples, apple pie and dried fruit.
Taste is fruity and sweet with nice esteriness and yestiness. Rich with a solid bitterness and notes of apples, citrus, dried fruit, toast and pepper.
Mouthfeel is medium and smooth with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a great Belgian, and one I prefer over the influence.
