Copenhagen 4/8 2025. 33 cl can from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Orange and pink can with a stag with huge hop flower balancing on its head.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as pertain layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor ripe stone fruits mingling with subtle citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Zesty, fresh and short-lived. *
