Copenhagen 20/7 2025. 33 cl from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Blue can with a harbor-scape.
Pours opaque dark brown with a huge offwhite head. Stable. Settles as a several centimeters thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma îs medium intense with a sweet, slightly roasted malty odor mingling with a weal nourish scent. Sweet malts, candy-like and brown sugar. Caramel and toffee. Sour milk.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, silken, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense Smith a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
