Pours a very dark reddish brown with soft, fluffy tan head.
Smell is roasted and bready with notes of coffee, chocolate, brown bread and some licorice fudge.
Taste is roasted and bready with a moderate btterness. Notes of coffee, chocolate, wort bread and licorice. Very crisp and drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Schwarzbier, drinkable and flavorful.
