Pours a fairly clear amber with fluffy head.
Smell is bready and malty with notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus with some hints of smoked meat.
Taste is bready, malty and crisp with a subtle smokiness. Moderate bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and smoked ham with some mineral hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a great Märzen with a hint of rauchbier.
