Pours a semi clear yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is hoppy, grassy and crackery. Clean and crisp with notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, Saltines and gooseberries.
Taste is crisp, hoppy and spicy with a solid bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, gooseberries, grapefruit, grapes and grass.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic modern hoppy pilsner.
