Poured from a 22 ounce bottle into a tulip glass.
Look- Straw, hazy, small particulate sediment, nonexistent head retention and lacing.
Smell- white grape, chardonnay/ champagne like.
Taste- White grape, excessively herbaceous.
Feel- Thin body, moderate bitterness, extremely dry, extraordinarily astringent, very high carbonation.
Overall- This gluten-free offering had decent look. This beer was overwhelming astringent to the point of unenjoyable.
