Dark cloudy orange colour, a lot of foam.
Smell of barrel, oranges, burnt sugar.
Extreme carbonation, sweet caramel taste with some dried fruits, also some fermented fruits. Distiled plums (schnapps), esters, alcohol. Almost inexistent oak flavour.
Alcoholic aftertaste.
Interesting, but not something I would try again.

Hazy golden color with white head, aroma of homemade plum and apple brandy (tsuica), flowers and fermented fruits, medium sweetness, medium body, high carbonation, excellent.

Hazy golden color with lots of gushing foam. Aroma has fermented fruits, yeast esters and some floral notes. Taste is yeasty with floral and fruity notes, wood from the barrel, schnapps and a light earthy bitterness on the finish. Medium body with medium to high carbonation. Quite nice experiment, turned out better than expected.
