Cloudy orange look, reduced foam.
Smell of dried fruits, esters, barrel, alcohol.
Taste of semi-dry white wine, aromatic herbs, green tea bitterness. Medium carbonation.
Very interesting that it's not having the characteristic sweetness of a Belgian tripel.
Dry bitter, woody aftertaste.
