Dark brown colour, opaque. Brown foam, disappears almost momentarily from the surface of the liquid. Leaves behind a barely tenuous ring by the glass.
In the aroma, roasted notes, slightly ashy, liquorice, maybe nut, minimally plum.
Taste decidedly dry, roasted. Bitterness "burnt", caramel, dry.
Medium saturation. Body is lacking, the beer is watery. Texture smooth, even very much so. Aftertaste long dry, roasted.
