Collaboration with Extraomnes. Brewed with speculoos.
Black. Cappuccino colored foam, solid.
In the smell dark malts, cookie, and spicy notes of cinnamon.
In the taste a lot of speculoos, and cinnamon. Intense, sweet, but not too much. The speculoos effect is quite pleasant.
Then the quadrupel notes: plum, dark malts, berry fruits. Some balsamic note?
Chewy body.
Interesting experiment, maybe a bit too cinnamon, but ok.
