Made in collaboration with The Oystermen who bring us their choice of Maldon oysters for this beer, the beer is rich and dry, with notes of minerality and saline from the oysters.

On-tap at The Oysterman Seafood Bar & Kitchen, London, England
A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a finger high tan head that left a collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has stronger flavors of dark malts with faint hints of roasted malts.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout isn't overly complex but pairs well with oysters. I didn't get any of the brine from the oysters in the taste.
