Amber copper color with a thick thin head.
Aroma with notes of apple juice, caramel and faint noble hops.
Similarly, flavor with notes of apple juice, herbaceous, biscuit malt, a bit of orange peel and faint candi sugar. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is absent.
Pleasant Golden Ale with medium complexity and well balanced.

Enjoyed in Rio
Pours a med frothy creamy head with great retention, soapy lacing, hazy med gold color
Nose sweet bready malts, little candy syrup sugar, fair citrus, orange, orange marmalade, light phenol spices
Taste sweet malts, candi sugar and big blonde malts, little cracker bready, more citrus esters, orange marmalade, little lemon lime, some vanilla and little honey, hint of alcohol, light phenol spice like coriander, drier finish little sticky
Mouth med bod, little fuller, med fizzy carb, hint of warming alcohol
Overall not bad, like a Belgian golden ale and imperial witbier
