pour is a clear light burnt orange. off white head fades quickly. a bit of lacing; not bad for a sour.
nose is lightly tart cherry
Taste is lightly lemony / tart cherry. hint of vanilla and graham cracker if you really look for it on the finish. Nicely balanced, Cherry and vanilla become more prominent as the beer warms. nothing dominates. Refreshing and easy to drink.

12oz can poured in to a nonic glass. No can dating.
Look- Slightly hazy brick red/brown color, slight head that evaporates to nothing in a flash, no lacing. Light carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Tart cherry, a bit of yeasty milk sugars, slight graham cracker.
Taste- Much like the aroma, tangy which is a plus.
Feel- Light bodied, crisp and overly sweet, poorly balanced. Heavier carbonation on the tongue.
O- Congrats to New Province, I found my first drain pour. I'm no expert on sours but this is bad.

Pours an effervescent brown with rapidly falling cream colored head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Grassy, tart cherry, pretty restrained until warm
T: Sweet & tart cherry, some graham cracker up front. Cherry, a little vanilla, tartness as this warms. Finishes tart, grassy with a little cherry & vanilla
MF: Medium body, fairly restrained carbonation
Good idea, but the execution is not quite there, drinks easy enough
