Pours an effervescent scalrlet/pink with a thumb of pinkish head. Slight hazyness. good head retention & lacing
S: Pretty neutral, some berry scent
T: Blackberry, bready dryness, lemon & a little grassyness up front. Blackberry & grassy bitterness, dryness as this warms, a little lime as well. Finishes dry with bitter blackberry & grassyness
MF: Medium body, creamy carbonation, alright balance
This one just doesn't do it for me. liked the idea, maybe with Brett next time? Or up the maltbill/ABV?
