Apparently a fairly recent add from this brewery at the time of review (10.04.20)
Light bitters resemble slightly burnt bread crust in the mouth, with a light taste of wildflower honey, minus the sweet- all that carry over into the exhale. As a stand-alone drink, it's fairly bland IMO...but I can see this paired well with pork or chicken- maybe even used as a cooking stock in a crock. I can't see a six of this in my future.

Pours an effervescent honey color with a thumb of cream colored head. Average head retention & lacing
S: Some grassy notes
T: Sweet breadyness, a touch of rye pepper & dryness up front. Dryness, a little grassyness & just little honey malt sweetness as this warms. Finishes with Honey Crisp Apple, dryness & grassyness, plus a little honey malt
MF: Medium body, dialed down carbonation
Drinks alright, decent take on the style, but not one I's buy again
