Not sure if the beer I am reviewing is the same one as this beer. The beer I am reviewing is from the Alamo Beer Company and the beer I drank is is called Alamo German Pale Ale style , not the American Pale Ale style . In any event, its a very hoppy beer, much like an IPA. It has a nice flavor and a good mouth feel; if you like IPA's you will like this one, which isn't called an IPA but tastes like one.
