From a bomber best by 1/10/21. Golden color with a finger of white head. Fruity smell with a hint of cloves. Medium body and full carbonation. Tastes of light malt and typical Belgian yeast with a dry peppery finish. Definitely true to style.

I had this in a church parking lot having snuck out of a baby shower with the grandpa to be! Made me feel young and ornery!
Anyway! This is a good beer. Poured from a bomber into a tall glass. Bright clear yellow color with nice head and lacing. Crisp clean lemony smell and taste. Pleasant hoppy bitterness. A bit floral. It is something I would buy again to enjoy with friends!

Appearance: Hazy medium golden body, crowned by a quite large, somewhat coarse white head, with superb retention. Clouds of minute bubbles drift lazily to the surface. The lacing is thick, sticky, and patchy.
Aroma: Coriander, phenols, cloves, bready yeast, and alcohol are present in abundance, yielding a dazzlingly complex aroma. Notes of citrus rind are present as well, mostly sweet orange.
Taste: Opens with notes of sweet orange rind, soon followed by coriander and bready yeast. Solid pale malt provides the backbone of the taste. Spicy and warming alcohol notes, with some phenols, carry throughout. A moderate evergreen tip bitterness , not at all tarry, provides balance, and is most perceptible at the end of the taste.
Mouth feel: Smooth, soft and very full, quite pleasing.
Drinkability/notes: Astonishing complexity is presented in this familiar style, certainly a must try; a masterful example.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard twelve ounce brown glass longneck bottle with a pry-off crown, served in a Samuel Adam Boston Lager Sensory glass.

Poured from bottle into tulip glass. Golden color with 2 fingers of thick foam, dissipated within 45 seconds. Smell Taste is malty. Feel is full and thick, drinkable and low carbonated. Overall Pretty good.

Included in flight at brewery. Head dissipated quickly. Slight phenolic nose with malt, alcohol. Seemed balanced and somewhat crisper than most Belgian pale ales with faint hop bitterness. It's okay

12oz bottle best by 10-10-18
1/2" white head on a slightly opaque golden colored blonde ale. Good retention at a solid cap. Sporadic lacing.
Clove, yeast...peppery. Slightly phenolic aromas. Honey. Smells Tripel-like.
Sweet malts, honey, apple skins. Spicy. Fruity hop flavor. Tastes Tripel-like.
Creamy, full mouthfeel. Some prickly heat. Dry in the finish.
Enjoyable, 7% could be sneaky here.
