L: Pours a hazy golden/yellow color with a bitchin tall off-white head with good retention.
S: Smells super citrusy, grapfruit, pine resin, faint amount of malts.
T: Taste follows the nose, mainly citrus & pine.
F: Honestly a bit thinner than I expected, I'd say medium-bodied, high carbonation.
O: Wouldn't bed that bad if there was an actual balance between the malts & hops.

From a 12oz bottle. Pours a golden color with a finger of white head. Fresh citrus smell. Medium body. Grapefruit and mango hop flavors. First brut IPA I've tried so I don't have much to compare it to, but this is a nice fruity IPA.

Poured from a bottle into a chalice glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a ton of ring foam lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – the aroma of the brew is heaviest of a citrus smell of grapefruit hop and some sweeter tangerine. Along with these smells comes a little bit of a grassy and herbal smell as well as some light tropical fruit aromas. A hint of cracker malt and some pine are there as well giving a somewhat light, but diverse and inviting smell overall.
Taste- The taste begins with a bit of a cracker malt taste that is mixed with some flavors of grapefruit hop and a bit of tangerine. As the taste advances the tropical fruits that were detected in the nose come to the tongue with some pineapple and mango joining in along with some berry tastes. All the while the grapefruit remains strong and is joined by some lighter herbal and grassy flavors. These tastes all last to the end and leave one with a nice crisp and very flavorful and lightly danked hop taste to liner on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is lighter and crisp with a carbonation level that is higher. For the brut style of the brew the feel is well done and makes for a crisp sipper.
Overall – This is a very nice example of a Brut IPA. It is dry, but not too dry, has a nice hop blend of dank and citrus and has just enough fruit and sweetness to make it very quaffable. Well done!!
