On tap at The Hoppy Monk on Easter Sunday 2026 in El Paso, Texas. Murky with a small tan lacing with a solid Scotch aroma. The taste was alright, maybe, a bit disappointed from the reviews I've read, if they are reviving this beer from the dead maybe they should have left it there. They did not bring back the magic of past reviews.

Had it on tap in a tall fluted glass. Great head and lacing atop a mostly clear deep reddish brown body.
The smell was slightly boozey with a bit of smokiness. The taste had some bourbon and a nip of warm spices. Vanilla and some nice earthy notes. Enjoyed sipping it while listening to live music.
