Crisp, delicate and perfectly drinkable, this hybrid style of beer walks the line between an ale and a lager. Fermentation at the lower temperature range for ale yeast creates a slightly dry, bright finish, void of the more fruity esters typically associated with ale yeast. The restrained yeast character and low bitterness allow delicate aromas of melon and German Pilsner male to shine through.

Poured into a glass it has a light cloudy yellow color with a light soapy head. An aroma of fruit specifically peach. A bitter sweet taste and hoppy finish
