This is a lager made for the Old 300 BBQ joint in Blanco.
A: Pours a clear pale yellow color. A one finger white head forms with light lace left behind.
S: A fairly neutral aroma. Sweet grains, very light hops. That is it.
T: A bit more zesty hop bite here, I emphasize "a bit more." Kind of spicy, grassy, with a sweet malt/cereal grain character. Very light but not bad.
M/O: A light body that is almost watery. Crisp, and clean though. Easy to drink, especially at the BBQ joint.
If I'm not at the Old 300 BBQ joint, I'm most likely skipping this one. It is fine for some old school BBQ, but Real Ale does a lot better. Not that this is bad, just very inoffensive and too simplistic.
