With notes of honeydew, melon, strawberry, and lemon zest, this modern German hop blend brings a refreshing brightness and a new creative flair to a classic pilsner. It’s fine art in a glass!

Pale golden color with a bit of a light amber hue, lots of carbonation and a thick fluffy head which dissipates into a thin layer of white bubbles covering the entire top and surrounded by great lacing.
Light malty aroma with a light mix of grains and wheat grass.
I love the taste of this pils, hop bitterness up front, sweet overall with a nice little hop kick in the aftertaste. There's a bit of an alcohol aftertaste that just warms your mouth up a bit.
Crisp, filled with carbonation and very smooth semi-dry

Pour is a crystal clear golden yellow.
Nose is bready, doughy malt, subtle melon
Taste is bready, doughy malt, some grassy hops. Maybe a bit of lemon. Hint of melon on the finish.
A delicious Pilsner, though I’m not getting the “new world hop flavors” which is perfectly fine with me!
I get a bit more of them as the beer warms. Good stuff, but would still prefer traditional hops.

Crystal clear amber gold with a substantial head. Nice floral, lightly woody hop aroma, with some underlying malt. Very good hop flavor with light bitterness up front, with some sweet but very clean malt: maybe it's a touch sweeter than their very excellent Hans. It's delicious: Real Ale makes very good pils. I'm not sure why they created a new one, with one of the best available already made, but I appreciate it. It's become my favorite style in the last decade or so.
