Cascade wet hops provide bright notes of citrus and pine, balancing an IPA with a luscious, medium-bodied malt backbone. This riff on a classic IPA uses modern hop harvesting innovations to transport the drinker to the unique aromas of the hop harvest, anytime of the year.

L-Pours a BEAUTIFUL amber orange beer with a nice two finger fine head. Solid carbonation is there.
S-Malty tootsie pop sweetness upfront with resinous piney hop, honey, mandarin orange, grapefruit, slight rose rose petal, grassy notes towards the end.
T-Nice malty sweetness, orange and grapefruit, punchy bitterness, resinous hop profile. A great throwback to the classic east coast IPA style. Malty, bitter, and hoppy, with notes of mandarin orange at the tail-end.
F-Medium bodied with slight carbonation throughout.
O-Just a great throwback beer IMO. A perfect mix of malty sweetness and fruity/floral notes. Well done from Real Ale, again!

Purchased at the source, enjoyed about six weeks before best by date stamp.
From the can this pours an auburn orange-brown. Thick, thick head of foam. C-note hops abound, with a citrus peel and pine character standing out. I’m not getting much in the way of a fresh hop character, but that’s not to take away from the beer as a whole as it’s quite reminiscent of Celebration.

Drank 10/15/24.
I hate that Real Ale does a "best by" instead of canned on....but alas....Best by is hard to read....appears to be 1/7/25.

Pour is a deep copper with a big, lasting cap of off white foam. Excellent retention and lacing.
Nose is citrus, pine, resinous hops, grapefruit, fresh hop - like opening a bag of hops, if you've ever homebrewed and done so.
Taste follows - this is great. grapefruit, pine, citrus rind, fresh, grassy hop. Firm bitterness that is nicely balanced against a mild caramel malty backbone. Very good classic IPA.
Moderate carbonation, dry finish. Very easy to drink.

Best IPA I've had in a long time from Real Ale. I may have to come back for another 4 pack of this. Very inviting and easy to drink.

A: Pours an orange/reddish color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: A very aromatic nose. With Pine, resin, citrus. Grapefruit and fresh cut grass. A peppery spicy character mingling in as well. The nose is great.
T: Follows the nose with all the pine, resin, citrus, grassy flavors. Peppery spice as well. There is a caramel malty sweetness in the middle. Then a lingering bitterness that brings everything together.
M/O: A medium to full body. Crisp carbonation that is super clean and finishes dry. I can come back to this one a lot. Very easy to drink, and spot on for a classic IPA.

This almost reminds me of Full Moon Rye, but with a more robust hop character. Which is a very good thing (I wish that was still a regular purchase). This has just a touch of caramel malt backbone, and a peppery spice to boot. Plenty of bitterness brings this home. Real Ale is a great brewery, that gets overlooked sometimes, and this is a reason to get some. Very nice.
