The cold IPA is a refreshing and hop forward brew that balances the crispness of a lager with the big fruit flavors found in IPAs. Fermented with our house ale yeast at a colder temperature, this beer offers a crisp & clean base that allows the hops to shine. This hop blend provides a pleasant bitterness with notes of berry, pineapple, orange peel, kiwi and peach, rounded out with a light bready backbone from a touch of Vienna malt.

Medium gold pour with some partuculate matter, pancake of off white foam to top. Nose shows citrus and stone fruit.
Taste brings, citrus, not quite ripe pineapple, touch mango, candied orange peel, light malt, creamy mouthfeel. Finish is mellow citrus pith with a medium to short length and a dollop of peach.
Nice beer, balanced.
